CHESTNUT CHIC STUDIO RETURN POLICY

Thank you for choosing Chestnut Chic Studio for your designer hand-made luxury jewelry and artwork items. We strive to provide exceptional products and services to our customers, keeping creativity, quality, and excellent customer experience as our top priorities. To ensure clarity and consistency, we have established the following return policies based on specific items:

EARRINGS:  We strive to display accurate and very detailed listing information for each item so that it's very clear what the customer is purchasing. Due to hygienic reasons, earrings may not be returned.

ARTWORK: We strive to display accurate and very detailed listing information for each item so that it's very clear what the customer is purchasing. Artwork may not be returned.

NECKLACES & BRACELETS:  Returns are accepted on full-priced Necklaces & Bracelets in original condition, unused and unworn, within 10 days of Date Of Purchase. Returns must be initiated (Email Received by Chestnut Chic Studio) within those same 10 days of Date of Purchase. Returns are eligible for a full refund (including original shipping cost to customer), minus the $5.00 processing charge for returns. The $5.00 processing charge will be deducted from the total Refund amount. Used or worm necklaces or bracelets cannot be returned, unless defective upon arrival at time of delivery (with photo proof of shipping damage). Once the return has been delivered back to Chestnut Chic Studio, it can take up to 10 business days (Monday-Friday) to process the return. Once processed, an email confirmation will be sent. 

Chestnut Chic Studio does not accept liability for shipping loss or damage on returned necklaces or bracelets. Our items are packed with care and quality packing materials to ensure the safe transport of delicate hand-made items, and we expect our customers to do the same when items are returned. Necklaces & Bracelets must be returned in original packaging and shipping box to be accepted, otherwise it will be returned to customer.

As this is a small business, Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs when sending items back to Chestnut Chic Studio. If Chestnut Chic Studio has made an error in order processing, and accidentally shipped out the wrong item, we will happily reimburse the Customer for return shipping cost for that item.

To initiate a return, kindly contact Chestnut Chic Studio at  Chestnutchicstudio@gmail.com and include the following in the body of the email, along with "RETURN REQUEST" in the subject line:

  1. Order Number
  2. Product Name/Description 
  3. Customer Name, Address, Phone Number and best Email
  4. Photo of jewelry (both earrings) attach to email
  5. Reason for return request

Emails failing to include all the above information will delay the process. Once the email has been received, Chestnut Chic Studio will respond with further instructions.

Exchanges are not accepted. 

Chestnut Chic Studio, LLC. is not responsible for lost or damaged jewelry after delivery has been accepted.
