I HAVE SENSITIVE EARS, WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE FOR THE EARRING POSTS AND EARWIRES?

Most earring hardware is either 18k Gold Plated or Sterling Silver plated & Nickle-Free, and each earring description will include the materials.

For those with extra sensitive ears, Chestnut Chic Studio also offers a highly effective clear Ceramic coating that’s applied to the earring hardware which provides extra protection for sensitive ears. Extra time and charges apply for the coating.

CAN I VISIT CHESTNUT CHIC STUDIO IN PERSON, OR IS THERE A STORE?

While we don’t have a storefront at this time, Chestnut Chic Studio regularly sells in-person at the Montgomery Farmers Market on Saturdays from 9am-12pm, located at 107 Fishcreek Thoroughfare Montgomery, TX 77316. IF I SEND YOU A PHOTO OF A PIECE OF JEWERLY, CAN YOU COPY IT?

We would not copy someone else’s designs, but rather take the general concept as inspiration and make it unique to you and your vision. Please check out some of our custom pieces for inspiration and reach out when you’re ready for Chestnut Chic Studio to create your one-of-a-kind piece.

ARE YOU SELLING AT THE FARMER’S MARKET EVERY WEEKEND?

DO YOU MAKE EARRINGS FOR KIDS?

Yes. Some of the smaller stud designs are very popular with children.

DO YOU MAKE CLIP-ON EARRINGS?

Yes. Clip on earrings are considered a custom item, and we are happy to make them. Please connect via email or text to start the conversation.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAP?

Formal gift wrap will be offered on the website for an additional charge in the future; however, Chestnut Chic Studio’s delivery packaging is already very cute and put together, ready to deliver directly to your special recipient.

CAN YOU MAKE JEWELRY FOR OTHER AIRLINES?

Yes and No. The current Delta Air Lines inspired jewelry is created using Dina’s personal photography which she turns into artwork and hand paints for each piece. While she can take your personal photos and turn them into artwork, she does not have readily available artwork of other airlines to use. Send Chestnut Chic Studio a custom design inquiry for any custom jewelry you have in mind.

DO YOU MAKE OTHER THINGS BESIDES JEWELRY?

Yes. Chestnut Chic Studio is a full range design studio creating graphics & logo design, and celebrating other art forms such as canvas work, custom greeting cards using Dina’s original photography, pet portraits and memorials, Dina’s original “moonbeam minis” artistic LED nightlights, custom keychains and ID badge holders/ lanyards, and much more. Yes, Chestnut Chic Studio is a woman-owned, single designer studio creating everything by hand, focusing on the details, and experimenting with unique materials and techniques to create one-of-a-kind wearable artwork that is enjoyed by all.

CAN I HIRE CHESTNUT CHIC STUDIO FOR A VENDOR FAIR OR PRIVATE EVENT?

DOES CHESTNUT CHIC STUDIO WARRANTY THE JEWELRY?

Chestnut Chic Studio stands behind the craftsmanship of the jewelry products for six months, protecting against issues in materials and designer creation.

Here’s what’s covered:

  • Broken off ear wires, or earring posts not caused by excessive force based on defective cracks in polymer clay, resin or metal.
  • Broken clasps or components due to creation issues.

Here’s what’s Not covered:

  • Normal wear & tear including metal plating wear, scratches, dents and discoloration inclusive of metal tarnish.
  • Damage from misuse, improper care and storage or exposure to chemicals, water, heat and sunlight.
  • Stolen or lost items.

CAN YOU SHIP MUTIPLE ITEMS IN MY ORDER TO DIFFERENT ADDRESSES?

We are only able to ship to one address per order. Please place separate orders for each address.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

At this time, Chestnut Chic Studio ships within the United States and outlying US Islands. There are future plans to ship Globally.
